1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and LATVI Group LLC ("Latvi Group", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website (latvigroup.com), sub-routes, demo environments, and automation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in via our online forms, you agree to the following terms governing our messaging program:
Program Name: Latvi Group Notifications & Customer Care Alerts.
Program Description: Transactional, customer care, and informational notifications including appointment confirmations, reminders, speed-to-lead follow-ups, and agency consultation updates.
Opt-in Consent: You must opt in by checking an explicit, unbundled checkbox on our contact or demo forms. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions, inquiries, and booked appointments.
Rates & Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions: To cease receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Non-Sharing Clause: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Services & Subscriptions
Latvi Group provides intelligent business automation systems, including missed-call text-back, 24/7 bilingual conversational AI agents, review automation, and automated calendar scheduling.
- Starter Plan ($297/mo): Missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead, Google reviews, unified inbox.
- Growth Plan ($497/mo): Includes Starter plus 24/7 Conversation AI, automated booking, and database reactivation.
- AI Pro Plan ($797/mo): Includes Growth plus 24/7 bilingual Voice AI Employee, custom workflow integrations, and priority support.
Setup fees are billed upon enrollment. Monthly subscription plans recur on a 30-day billing cycle until canceled in writing with 15 days notice prior to renewal.
4. Payments & Invoicing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By providing payment credentials, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize Latvi Group LLC to charge your card for all applicable recurring subscription fees.
5. Demo Environments & Niche Subpaths
Demonstration subpaths (such as /demo/landscaping, /demo/roofing, etc.) are proprietary sandboxes designed for live sales presentations and workflow simulations. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or scraping of demo workflows is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Latvi Group LLC or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Bexar County or Kendall County, Texas.
